DELIVERY

Orders are shipped the same or following business day via Australia Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation email upon despatch.

Standard Shipping: free for orders over $75 Australia wide*. For orders under $75, there is a $10 flat rate charge. Delivery is usually 2-7 business days, depending on location.

Express Shipping: $15 flat rate Australia wide*. Delivery is usually 1-3 business days, depending on location.

*Framed art and beach umbrellas are excluded. These items can be collected from our store. Please select the Store Pick-up option at the checkout.

 

FREE LOCAL HOME DELIVERY

We are now providing a complimentary local home delivery service to your doorstep in the following locations (no minimum order is required):

  • Tathra/Kalaru/Bournda/Mogareeka - daily deliveries Monday to Friday
  • Jellat/Bega - delivering every Monday
  • Tura/Merimbula/Pambula - delivering every Tuesday
  • Bermagui - delivery day varies

Please select this service at the checkout and include any specific delivery instructions in the Notes section. All items on our website (including large framed art and umbrellas) can be delivered via this service.

N.B. Please do not select this service if your suburb is not listed above.

 

STORE PICK-UP

Customers are more than welcome to purchase products online & collect from the Tathra Beach Designs physical store. Please select the Store Pick-up option at the checkout to remove shipping costs from your order. 

 

GIFT WRAPPING

Complimentary gift wrapping is available on all orders. Should you wish to add a gift message, please advise in the 'special instructions' section at the cart page.                                                                    

 

RETURNS

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can issue a store credit if the item is returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tag/label attached. Earrings, skincare and bath products are unable to be returned due to hygiene reasons. Sale/clearance items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note, so please choose carefully. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are your responsibility. We highly recommend using a trackable service, as we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on return to us.

All returns must be pre-approved by Tathra Beach Designs. Please contact us before shipping your return.

If an item arrives faulty, you must inform us immediately. Once you have done so, we will advise as to how to return the product. The fault will be assessed upon return and we reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued.

Please note: Items on sale are not eligible for return so please choose carefully.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take the utmost care when packaging your goods safely. Please check your items as soon as you receive them. Should any item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Should your package arrive visibly damaged or open, please ensure you notify the carrier prior to accepting the delivery.
